In BEST Thessaloniki the members work in subteams. Each subteam has its own goal and tasks. In BEST Thessaloniki there are 6 subteams and its members can be part of how many subteams they want.
- Corporate Relations Team
The CR manages the financial issues of the team. It offers partnership proposals to companies and makes sure that a good relationship and communication is established and maintained with them.

- Grants Team
As a member of the Grants Team, you will be involved in the search for new grants from foundations and companies and will be responsible for writing the relevant applications.

- Public Relations Team
As a member of the PR Team, you will be involved in promoting our team to the public, specifically to the students at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, the university itself and various companies. The PR Team both with live and online promotions, through social media promotes our activities and sponsors. Furthermore, the PR team creates the promotion strategy of our actions, and the Design team is also part of it.

The Design Team designs all the materials (posters, social media posts, etc.) that the PR Team uses for promotion.

The HR Team members make sure that all team members are smoothly integrated into the team, as well as that the team runs smoothly and works together. As a member of the HR Team, you will be able to organize and contribute to the recruitment, integration and training strategy of members.
