Motivational Weekend (MW)
Motivational Weekend is an activity for BEST members and is organized by each Local BEST Group (LBG) usually twice a year, once in autumn and once in spring.
It is a 3-day activity in which LBG members stay together, attend training sessions on various communication or other skills, develop their skills and themselves, have a good time and bond as a team!
Cultural Exchange (CE)
Cultural Exchange is an event for BEST members. The main goal of the event is to create and enhance our team spirit and it is achieved via the collaboration, communication and cultural exchange between different Local BEST Groups (LBGs).
The members who visit the LBGs have the chance to explore the city that hosts them, to try traditional dishes and to get to know other cultures. In CE the students can exchange cultures, make new friends and have fun!
Regional Meeting (RM)
A Region of BEST is defined as a larger geographical area that includes individual Local BEST Groups (LBGs). In total there are currently 10 Regions across Europe.
The Regional Meeting is a member-based activity, organized by one LBG at a time and taking place twice a year. The Regional Meetings are an excellent opportunity for volunteers of the organization of the same Region to attend various training sessions to develop skills necessary for the organization and to meet new European friends.
The participants of the Regional Meetings get in touch with the pan-European dimension of BEST, as well as how BEST is structured and functions as a whole. At the same time, through this activity and the interaction of the participants, the cooperation between the LBGs in the Region is encouraged and strengthened, with the aim of mutual support and continuous improvement of the groups and the organization as a whole.
