- Choose the event you want to apply from the list and click on Apply.
- Make your request
- An application consists of a form with general information about the participant, a motivation letter and 3 questions related to the subject, and in some cases a list of courses related to the event
- The following message will appear: “Your account is not activated for this season – you can apply now but your application will not be visible to the event organisers until your account is activated by your local BEST Group Thessaloniki.” After the deadline for submitting applications , our team will contact you for the next steps to validate your account
- Are you accepted? Our team will contact you for the deposit, which you will be able to get back after your successful participation in the event
- The organizers will send you everything else you need to know about the event
During the event
- Pay the fee to the organizers
- Upon your return, a mail will be sent to you to evaluate the event. By signing in to your BEST main site, you’ll need to complete the rating form and then our team will contact you to get your deposit returned
